is a conglomeration of self-help advice for the mind, body, and soul. Suggestions include adding exercise segments to one’s existing daily routine, practicing unconditional forgiveness, prepping for sleep before going to bed, detoxing the home, and selecting cosmetics from an organic company.
This book does not contain much new information. However, it is well researched for anyone who would like to “dig a little further”.
